Industrial Packaging Facility | Emergency Repair
Challenge:
Our customer solutions advisor received a call late in the evening from a plant manager at an industrial packaging facility. A critical blower fan had failed and was threatening to shut down production completely. They needed a contractor with experience to do the job right, and they needed someone quickly.
Solution:
After understanding the situation and the particular needs for the project, we contacted one of our partner contractors who had the right skills and experience, and a perfect fit for the job. The contractor was located over two hours away from the facility, but they were there the next day evaluating the project and providing a bid.
Conclusion:
The blower fan was repaired two days later and production at the facility never stopped. The plant manager called us after the project was completed to thank us for finding a contractor and that they had done a great job. As a result of this project, this customer now utilizes our services at all of their facilities around the country, where we connect them with the best contractors in their areas.
